The westbound and eastbound lanes of Highway 115 will be selectively resurfaced from Airport Road to Highway 7/Lansdowne Street, the outside and median eastbound shoulders will be widened to accommodate the traffic management plan during construction, and the following westbound bridges will be rehabilitated:
- Rail-To-Trail Overhead
- Ashburnham Drive
- Bensfort Road
- Otonabee River
